quality of life at Flemish universities and knowledge
centres.

According to them, Flanders’ main strengths are:

• its location in the heart of Europe;
• its high quality of life;
• Flemish people tend to be multilingual;
• its high standards of healthcare and education;
• great mobility (a dense road network, efficient and
  affordable public transport);
• reasonably priced housing;
• its family-friendly environment (affordable education
  and childcare facilities);
• its accessible and accommodating towns and cities.
